What is our truest original calendar?

Time has been on my mind for a long time. Our calendar today is the Gregorian calendar, instituted by Pope Gregory XIII in 1582. This calendar stemmed out from the Julian calendar of 45 BCE, which as most of us know he created out from the Egyptian Solar calendar that he'd acquired from Cleopatra if I'm not mistaken.

I am truly not very intelligent in knowing these details. I tend to experience immense anxiety when trying to learn things as I wish foremostly to burn in my mind, heart and soul the beginning of things prior to anything else. In this sense one could liken the functioning of my brain in a sense of being capable of only understanding things from a point of retroduction (a leading or bringing back; i,e from the source) fully before having any ability to reason from a point of deduction (to lead down/away; i.e from the outside).

As such, I am hoping to seek if any members here have an idea of what our true calendar was? Lunar precedes solar in Egypt, yet solar was based upon lunar. As well, lunar had a 4-week system, whilst solar adopted a 13th month titled "Thoth" (after one of our Gods).

A final question - what is BCE/CE? Why is it that this was based on BC/AD, after the false concoction of the abrahamic's nazarene?

I simply cannot tolerate these things existing in any calendar, let alone the one that I depend on for my very existence. I don't understand this year zero thing above... did they steal it and give it this blasphemous name that other religions had to adjust so as to include all religions? Thank you for your time and forgive me for the above fervent expoundations of my feelings of discontentment. I feel as of late that I wish nothing more but to detach myself wholly from these things that make me anxious... mayhaps you here may well understand this feeling. Waking up indeed is not a comfortable or easy process, yet it is the one thing that liberates us and makes us free. It offers us infinite potential and, with the Gods, a life that is nothing short of offering maximum fulfillment.

CE - common era.
(They were made as religious neutral terms)

Julian calendar needed fixing, that's for sure. It drifted by an entire day every 128 years. Over time this added up, so in about one millennia and three centuries you are off by 10 days. That's a lot.

Unfortunately, it was the xtians who took on a job to fix it. Hence, the calendar we are using today is nazarene centric.

A final question - what is BCE/CE? Why is it that this was based on BC/AD, after the false concoction of the abrahamic's nazarene?

BC/AD is arbitrary and does not indicate the birth of the Nazarene. The bible does not state a specifc year, but only says that Jesus was born when Herod the Great was still alive. Herod the Great died in 4 B.C.E. so if that nazarene were real he would be born before that year.
