In my city Guadalajara we will have local elections next year and I applied for a temporary job on this thing.
They made me an "abilities and attitudes test" for it.
It was something like
You have a problem. What do you do.
a) you blame your partner for it.b) you try to scape from the problemc) you try to make the problem different so you can handle itd) you gather your resources both material and human and try to get over the problem
But somehow I managed to get one of the lowest scores!!!
I wonder what happens with this test, what criteria is used for it, what is the evaluator looking for. Maybe some of you may give me a clue.
