ok i was in the deepest trance ive been in and i think i saw a thoughtform (first spiritual thing ive ever seen) so needless to say it suprised me a bit so much so i jumped out of my bed my hearts was going quite a lot but what are the side efefcts because on the site it says neevr be startlked out of a trance and i did get startled
