Is it an attack? Physical sensations when asleep/dreaming.

Sometimes when Im sleeping (or dreaming), I then feel slightly awake and I can clearly feel dents (happening/appearing) on the matrass next to where I sleep. As if something heavy just jumped on there. Then my body rolls to the dent, as would naturally occur where an actual person or pet jump on there in that moment.

Ive had this experience a few times now and it creeps me out.

I don't have any pets, nor any other physical means that could have caused these sensations.

Id like to ask what this could be, so what are your thoughts on this? Enemy attack?

Sleep paralysis, one can hallucinate a lot of things when half asleep.

Don't eat much before sleeping, preferably 2-4 hours before it, and also don't use your phone / tv / pc or such for at least 30-60 minutes before sleep.

No I do not think this is an enemy attack, it can have a lot of reasons.
