Hello. I am a beginner and I want to start with the Power Meditation, but what do I exactly beginn with? I have read the page with the meditations for beginners, but the first meditation is the breathing one and after that comes closing the chakras. Shouldn't I first open them? Is there anything posted or like a list with what i should beginn with first and what comes next? Thanks.

What do I beginn with?

This is the targeted message.
Greetings. Yes it is a big problem that the meditations are not really in order. I have told about this to HPZM so it will be fixed in the future.
The 40 day pdf is the best framework to address this problem. In reality, the individual meditations will not follow a strict linear order, but rather a beginner is should prioritize in a certain manner, which is shown by the 40 day guide.

It might not be the best for everyone to start off with HPZM's 40 day program. It was hard for me to get to the daily meditations for example. I would advise them to slowly get into it and then start a program where daily meditations is needed and advancement is achieved by a linear order.
