What color should i use in power hypnosis

I get stressed easily so i was wondering what color i should use with power hypnosis to help with this. I was thinking of using gold but I'm not to sure. If not what color should i use for this sort of thing?

Or u can visualize a serene scene. Like imagining urself staring at swaying palms or floating on a cloud in the sky.

Use visualizations to induce deep relaxation.
