What about Satanic Talisman?

I've read one article on Joy of Satan that's about controlling and directing energies into various things such as Sigils, Props, Chakras, etc etc. but I find one thing that became very interesting. During the enumeration of various things that can be controlled and stored with energy, one thing kinda attacked my attention. 

It was Satanic Talisman. 
I tried to find information on how to make and use Satanic Talisman .. but there was no such information anywhere. Now , there are possibly two explanations on what it is all about. 

First .. It's just outdated webpage with information that's created during Salem's period. 

Second ... Joy Of Satan Ministry abolished all knowledge about Talismans during a period of lack communication with old Priest Salem Burke .. and they just simply trowed out all books and articles that included his work after his ... whatever happened ... leaving I guess . 

Now I have his Book of Talismans and it's kinda complicated .. and I was always skeptic since he used drugs and get fake experiences, so I never tried to make one. 

Question is ... Is there .. OTHER way to create Satanic Talisman .. or that information will be abolished ... forever???

If the info got removed, it was for a good reason. Would making a talisman really be necessary though?

All you gotta do is program your aura to attract/repel anything you program it to.

You could also program stones with specific purposes, use runes with them...etc and carry them around with you if that would suffice.
