weird heat flashes

for the past year now i keep getting these really weird heat flashes.
it starts in my lower back and spreads upward. it's not like a normal
heat flash, i feel like my back is going to burst into flames at any
second yet when i feel my back it isn't hot. i'm starting to think
it's the kundalini thing but i'm not sure. i'm not doing any chakra
work or anything like that so i got no clue.

Sounds like stimulation of the Kundalini. The Kundalini can also be
activated by your breathing and by a presence/energies in ur immediate
area.
