Weird changes

From last two days i have felt a enormous amount of energy as i m doing the meditation ..these last two days my head starts hurting just after i do meditation ..and at night i usually unable to sleep or if i sleep for a while then i see nightmare...this is regularly happening, is this is a symptom or i have been attacked....

When you meditate keep your eyes still and relaxed I know I used to look up at my head not meaning to and strain my eyes. headaches can happen with the third eye meditations, think of what happens if you take up a new sport or physical activity you havn't done before, your body aches so bad the next day and can do for a while till you build those muscles and get used to it. The spiritual body is connected to the physical and physical symptoms can crop up thats normal. If it gets worse though or dosn't go away then it could be some other problem.
I had nightmares at the start and still do sometimes normally if I have neglected to clean my aura well enough and not sheilded myself before bed. It gets better...if it is the enemy they are trying to scare you, you have protection trust Satan I don't think anything real bad will happen but you still have to work on protecting yourself.

My  wife is having a lot of nightmares too,but I think it is just a cleaning out and healing period for her because she has had a very abusive childhood.I am so proud to say that she is opening up more and more everyday,and is much more advanced then I,but we are both working towards raising our kundalini in the next year,and that is part of the process,of getting all the dross out of your soul.At least that is what I got from H P Vovim's sermons.But as always,I am open for any correction.
