weightlifting and hatha yoga

Hello brothers, I have a question regarding how to combine training levanmiento heavy weights with hatha yoga, that is, I used to do weightlifting but muscles ached me for 2-4 days, and it takes me a 65% flexibility to hatha yoga, there is someone who is able to combine these two things successfully?

Just do yoga after waking up. And weightlifting when ever you can.

I workout myself and i can tell you Yoga and lifting are COMPLETELY different, Yoga is not like stretching it is a very spiritual thing you need to be very relaxed and focused. I recommend doing yoga before your meditation.
