Yeah you can cut down on the vibrations or not do all the runes, choose a couple the mantra, all of it helps. You can become involved that way, you don't want to overdo it. Same with anyone. I posted this cause I saw an opportunity with the way the planets were, you can help out just do what you can, and you know what you can vibrate the 11th key daily as a begginner find something you like just start out small easy you work your way up to more advanced stuff. My idea do warfare every day but don't overdo it you may like me find you like working with earths energy field if so you can do fear energy cleansing awakening. White or Black Magick, I am more into white magick and earth magick but do curses sometimes you can start out with either. Do as much or as little as you can. Ok this is a rough draft of what I think the sigil would be like let me know if this is better explained or not all links will be added if you have any suggestions for this working. It would probably be best done monday when the moon is in Saggatarious or Sunday moon in Scorpio. I am thinking Scorpio moon is better. Add suggestions if you all like I hope this is better for beginners I am sure some people will choose to add things (runes keys mantras elemental impregnation etc) to this while doing it they feel fit that is fine it is awesome to be creative but I want everyone to be able to understand and do this. I believe that I have chosen 4 runes that are simple yet fufill the purpose.

Next step Vibrate the runes 9 times repeating the affirmation after every vibration seeing with visualization if it is possible the rune light up bright gold or white gold brighter with each vibration. Focus on the rune you drew as you vibrate.

My note you can add the second key this is optional though, vibrate it inot the center of the Sigil this is done by either placing the sigil in front of you and having a print out of the key or reading it off of a device and/or computer and reading this out vibrating it while placing the sigil in front of you focusing on the sigil when you vibrate this.

Can you write a specific working for beginners can do? I'm sorry, I know Satanism embrace self-reliance and self learning and all of that but you're obviously more advanced.
