I have learned to very careful. To realize how much the enemy can start to take over. To be very careful with meditation.

I do not want newer people to waste as many years as I did going in circles with meditation. You are playing with your mind. You can destroy it.

much thanks for the mention and I love the fact that I am able to support my brothers and sisters in our walk.... its a lonely road right now but through strength and perseverance we will see a day when we no longer have to hide who we are we will see a day when everyone accepts our way as valid and true... it brings me joy to see us all working together and lifting each other up and giving our support in each other's work... in our lonely world these groups give us an opportunity to converse and share our knowledge and experience with others... Dude, these meditations are fucking crazy powerful! I was doing a session for like five hours straight yesterday and I can tell that even my body has grown bigger and my hair brighter! Talk about a new spiritual awareness!!
