So The Church of Satan believes that Satan is not a diety.  He is not a being.  He is just an idea.  We do not believe that? 
Why not? What made us part from these beliefs?
I think it is a waste of time to read the Satanic Bible.  Honestly.  I will read it for educational purposes as I have tried to read it before so that I won't be ignorant to the topic.  Do u recommend this?

Because we know Satan to be real.

We aren't a sect that has broken off from the CoS or anything like this. We are our own indapendant religion, the only true religion as HP Don has mentioned in his latest article. So for a third time I've answered your question. We have nothing to do with CoS, or any assocation with them.
