Waxing full moon ?

A Waxing full moon comes right after a Waxing Gibbous am I correct?

I understand that "waxing full moon" is impossible. You run into a
waxing gibbous moon until it becomes full, at which point it ceases
waxing. And it starts waning--after full, it becomes "waning gibbous".
When you hear "waxing full moon", that means you should do it during the
waxing gibbous phase, as close as possible to the full moon.

The same can be said for "waning new moon". Once it becomes new, it has
waned to its minimum and stops waning. Again, it means starting as
close to the new moon as possible, during the waning crescent. A
"waning full moon" means starting something as soon as possible after
the full moon, during the early waning gibbous. "Waxing new moon" means
starting as soon as possible after the new moon and during the early
part of the waxing crescent.

That is honestly what i thought, then I read a certy part on

"The following meditation must be performed during a powerful waxing full Moon."

It simply confused me a little when I tried to find the correct date to do this, (the one corresponding to the third eye)

I think the date is july 22. for cetral timezone northamerica

So simply do it the day before july 22? as jully 22 is a full moon
Capricorn - Aquarius

and then Waxing Gibbous is july 21, it looks to be 100% illuminated and in capricorn.
