Should I do this meditation everyday during the waxing moon for me and familiars or one time is enough? And as I finish part 1 should I start after the part 2 or I can do the return curses part 2 in the next waxing moon?

Yes, I know. What I wrote above still applies as Returning Curses 1 is a cleaning meditation.

You can do that alone, or you can do something else, or you can do that and something else at the same time.
