Waves of Depression after performing Full Meditation

I'm taking it this is a sign of my energies increasing and stirring up all sorts of emotional manifestations from this life and those preceding it, I guess my question is does anyone have any techniques that are useful for pushing it out faster other than stopping the meditation??
