Watchtower Meditation

I'm going to be working on the 2nd Watchtower soon, however, I am extremley confused. It says to focus on the heart extensions, however, the picture it has with the Yoni & Sword doesn't really show me much lol. Can anyone give some advice? Honestly, I'm confused by the extensions in general, lol. I obviously haven't got to the first one yet, but gahh. Can anyone help me out?

I have never heard of watchtower meditation.

Here it is, however it is relatively advanced, so wait until you are at least mostly confident you are ready.
