performed the meditation was ok and fun should do it more pften.

however what if we manipulated things and changed certain aspects.

instead of the ball of light, had a ball of elemental power?

instead of just focusing on our sexual chacra focused on all chackras
will we do the funny little thing with the pineal gland??

anyway next time i get energetic i will do it

i don't think it would be to smart to do that it was written a certain way for as certain reason with all the warnings on that part about how dangerous those things could be if your not strong enough i wouldn't change any of it at all for fear of messing up but its all together up to you

On the other hand, i've made my biggest gains following my gut instincts.  I'd say, "go where angels fear to tread"  (dont freak, it's just a fugure of speech).   Hanging them out there will make you great, or leave you dead and buried.  What the heck though, this isnt your only life. 
 
All funning aside, i'm a true believer in following your gut instincts.  Be sure to report your gains and sharing your experiences and experiements would be appreciated.
