Void meditation tips?........

Hello all I was just wondering if anyone has any tips or advise on void meditation or just relaxing general (noobish question I know :p) but it's something I always struggled with and recently I feel like I've come to a road block
In my spiritual progress because of it :/ So if anyone has any tips/advise/recenmendations it would be greatly aprecheated. Heil Wotan! Heil Mine Fuührer! Hail Wildas Heer!

Focus only on your breathing? .-.I suck at it too so I focus on the FEELING I get when I void meditate.It has a certain feeling to it so as long as your conscious mind is either empty or has single pointed focus then I think it still counts.

@Yog Sotthoth I remember being taught it's a matter of focusing on whatever you're doing at the moment (work, the steps of your feet, just your physical body, etc.) with the goal being to "get out of your head" and thereby ignore negative entities and attacks.

Ignoring negative entities (attacks by grays) deprives them of what they're needing. Ignoring psychic attacks from jews frustrates them beyond our imagining.

<td val[/IMG]It's different for everyone. Just do what works best for you. Void meditation is 'clearing the mind' so if your mind is clear, it's good. Just keep trying. You'll get the hang of it very soon.

Something I did for a little while and still do which I think helped is at points in the day when you get a few minutes with nothing to do, just try to take maybe 2, 3 minutes or even 5 and just do void meditation and count the minutes out, in addition to any meditation your already doing now. I think doing this everyday even just 2 minutes in the evening helped me get better at it. Now I find it easier to do longer void mediation after yoga.

dont try to repress your thoughts, just recognize that a thought happened and move on. Sometimes if im not enjoying my meditation ill go eat a piece of fruit or just stop for a couple mins, cause meditation should really be enjoyed. If your not enjoying it then it usually means your putting in more effort than is actually required. I like to try to make a game out of mind powers, like i dont try too hard or tell myself i "have" to do this. I just kind of play my mind like i would play a game, like playfully without thinking its actually serious.
