Visualization Exercises

I don't know that the fuck is wrong with me could someone please help me?! I'm desperate!!

I'm stuck in this exercise for months...


I can't seem to visualize it, nor anything, which is a huge problem in my meditations... I can't visualize anything more then 1 second, fuck it's hard to keep it 1 second...
What could I do?

I am not sure of your situation of where you do your meditations but i am working on that part as well. What i am doing is i am visualizing this invisible wall with the image planted right on the wall in front of me. When visualizing the image just tell yourself every couple of seconds that it is on a wall and see if that hels. It would be like you are actually viewing something instead of visualizing. Alos since when evoking and invoking energy w move the energy around you cna also practice with this. It will also help you to because it would let you do something with your mind while still visualizing the image. Just keep the image in your mind but when it feels like your mind is going to wonder move the image back and forth a bit, or expand it and contract it or stuff anything along those lines. See if this helps. When i first started i would be lucky if i got to 30 seconds and now by doing this i have reached 1 min 30 sec to about 2 min in about a week and a half.

The problem is that I can't visualize anything not even for one second... The best I can do is see fragments of what I really want to see, and when I focus in those fragments to bring more of it, it just vanishes!!

Would you care to elaborate? Because I'm not experient with the elements...

Invoking the elements is more advanced then simple visualization. Remember, we can cause ourselves serious harm if we are not advanced enough to invoke elements and we do it anyways.

A month or so ago someone had the same problem... Are you trying to visualize with your physical eyes? That might be your problem. Basically, you have to "imagine" it, and hold it. Don't use you physical eyesight.

the preminilary meditation for the element is good enough,what im saying by invoking is u might be an airy or earthly person,thank liddy i forgot to warn on that,but if one follow the instruction on jos correctly n use common sense u will be ok.stabilise ur being that what i mean   airy person have problem with staying focus,while earthly person is unimaginative,it on the description on the elements.
for me i try on a simple black dot,then a ball,n keep it size growing,then change to different colours,then move to other shapes,then i move to repeatative images,like a bunny that keep on hopping,when i adept at this i move to the more action.n so on.n adding more objects in my imagination.   try to eliminate physical senses by going into a deeper trance,n u dont really see in truth,u think.it all in ur mind.all it takes it thinking,by this i dont mean voices,but images.so i hope this doesnt confuse anyone.
