visualisation techniques

Im new to satanism only recently making a dedication to satan. i have been doing one of the meditation techniques for opening the chakras but am a bit stumped when it comes to the visualisation part, i seem to strugle to visualise anything except when it comes to sex, for this i have no problems and it can be quite vivid. Can any one give me any pointers on visualisation ie books to read websites to visit i have looked on the web but only come up with xtian based bollocks. and seeing as the meditations are all visualisation based i could do with a shove in the right direction.
