Meditations Visions during meditation

AvatarAsk Zeus Operator1 min to read

In last few months when I meditate, something strange happens to me: I lost my consciousness for a while and I have a visions (like a short film, I see and hear it), then after a few seconds I am conscious again and I continue my meditation. Mostly I see only nonsense there and I remember what I saw. Today when I was meditating I had a short vision in which I saw that our God Zeus came to me and told me something, I forget what he said and I haven’t seen His face, but I know that the vision was about Him. I don’t want to sound delusional, but is it possible that I just saw him or was it just product of my mind ?

This is the targeted message.

Usually, if the visions are true, there are also other sensations, not only visions.

Typically a rise of energy, you feel the presence of the Deity, inside you and in the location you are.

Aren't you happy? The same thing happens to me; sometimes I experience something akin to derealization, though in a positive way. Furthermore, I occasionally feel intense pressure in the center of my forehead, and—even when I’m not in a trance—I sometimes see strange flashes of light and unusual distortions in my field of vision.

I have exactly the same experiences. Of course, I am happy

Hello! You could read The Five Levels of Divine Theophany for more information about visions of the Gods, to me it seems like level one could apply to your experiences 🙏

Like NG Astrid shared, one of the levels of Theophany is anthropomorphic, based on your expectations, so it's a mental construct, but that doesn't mean it's not valid🙏
