how to vibrate '' S '' and '' D '' in VISHUDI. the s should be hissed like SURYA or just simple s sound.

I do not hiss it, and D is vibrated as DH, with the tongue placed higher than vibrating TH, between the two front teeth and the upper palate.

Sorry for late reply . Just one another thing , the s in VISHUDDI should be vibrated like Sh in Short or like normal s sound like " Sound "

Experiment with it, both are available. I like to vibrate it with SH, which is Ș as a character. Normal S is also much more cleaner, SH for intense meditation. Suit your needs.

I want to use it for cleaning witches sabbat in 30th april. (a cycle )
I want vibrate VISHUDDI 9x on my every chakra ( 9x on crown , 9x on 6th , 9x on throat , 9x on heart , 9x on solar , 9x on sacral , 9x on base ) and an affirmation like the Lady Lydia's post . Is it good ?
