Regarding all the Virtues of the Temple of Zeus, I personally advise everyone to use this as a starting point when studying and understanding by heart our Ethics.
Into A Human is about being grounded, a sense of survivality, having patience, appreciating, and enjoying the material life as we learn from it. This corresponds to the base chakra. It will give you stability in all aspects of life, whether material or spiritual.
It also gives us a lesson to take things step by step, similar to how Rome was built.
Before starting and learning this very important Virtue, I had very high aspirations: I always kept my head up, looking toward the top. But all along, the answer from my current self has been to look down.
This reflects on our chakras. Focus one step at a time and start on the base. This is my personal reflection. If you disagree, you can also focus on other chakras, but make sure you are grounded and respect the hierarchy.
The base is the cocoon, and the crown is the butterfly. This is how nature works. A part of being human we should experience. Once mastered, it will give you absolute stability and a very solid foundation on this path.
Always look in the ground. Address your issues until you gain stability. I will set myself as an example, my mind is always set to my goal that I forgot that I am not 'walking' stable enough. I sleep late, and there is no structure, which leads to burnout and affects consistency. So address everything from the very basic level, from the root/base. My first step is to address my sleep. This is my first step of this Virtue.
Enjoy life, make friends. A sturdy tree starts from the strength of the root. No matter how many storms it has experienced, it still stands strong and majestic, built on the foundation laid from the beginning of its birth.
Indeed, for being a human, if done properly, is enough!
