Vibrating words?

I've asked this before I'm sure, but I still don't quite understand.
What does it mean to vibrate words?! I've been trying to open my
chakras, and you have to vibrate words, but I don't know if it means
you have to do something specific to make your words vibrate, or if
you're just supposed to feel your voice vibrating wherever in the
chant. I really want to start meditating and getting forward, but ugh!
Could anyone answer please?

When vibrating words you should feel the vibration.

Eg. If u want to empower ur heart chakra, vibrate the given word in
such a way so that u can feel it in ur chest.

Say you want to open your Third Eye. You need the hand mantra, and the
rune. The rune, in this case is Thoth. It's okay if you just use a
"TH" but make it sound more like a bee buzzing. Vibrate the sound
until you can hear it where the chakra point is.
