vibrating words of power

Hello, I don't post here often but I need help. I'm getting quite frustrated because I want to open my third eye but I can't because I don't understand how one "vibrates" a word. I have to vibrate "Thoth". I have no idea how to vibrate words.. I have done breathing exercises before but have never heard of word vibration. If someone can help/ teach me on how to vibrate words, I would be in your debt. Thankyou.

Vibrating is essentialy humming out loud. when you watch tv or a movie and people are doing meditation, you often hear them humming "om", so that's vibration at its core
