Vibrating runes in head?

Ok, the Q and A that HP Maxine posted in the newsletter group had a question/answer that got me remembering. Can runes be vibrated in the head? I want to say yes, as I have done this (and general speaking) to commit rune workings. I have also been silly and vibrated the rune the appropriate number of times simultaneously. The energy I have felt is beyond words, far beyond (at that point) any energy I could possibly have had. I doubt it was fake, but I question it anyways. Hey, if you can, this at least helps others out. My sinuses are draining this season, so it is tricky to vibrate AND keep trance.
