Whenever I start to vibrate and/or focus on my base chakra or sometimes the sacral chakra, I begin to feel a pretty intense vibrating at the base of my spine. It doesn't hurt and there's no apparent heat coming from it. It doesn't really seem to rise up the spine. It just kind of stays and then dissipates after a bit. Any idea on what this means?

Id say its your kundalini/life force being stimulated. The base and sacral chakras are connected to the kundalini. The base and sacral chakras are sexual. Also just in case make sure you get rid of blockages in your chakras by vibrates the rune thurisaz into them. This will get rid of blockages fast. No blockages = Strong chakras. Also I hope you are doing sone sort of yoga :)

The first time it happened it startled the hell out of me because it was so intense, it made my whole body vibrate. Will do. I do yoga every morning after I wake up. a couple qigong exercises in the afternoon and the ky kriyas at night.

I don't know what they're called, but I took them from the book "The Way of Energy" by Master Lam Kam Chuen.

What you said on about on the original post is your Kundalini energy that is probably aweakeing itself. The more you meditate, the more powerful it will become. You do not need to worry. At first I too had electrical surges, vibrations, snakelike movements. It all builds in time and as the Serpent grows aside with you, the infamous fires show up. This will build on too and remember it all is an empowering and purification process that you need to slowly adjust to. Keep on with your great efforts.

HAIL SATAN!!!!

I liked Qi Gong always, even before I was SS I sort of felt attracted to the practice. Basically one of the main aims I have, lets say between reality and fiction, lol. Would be to actually do Qi Gong inside a chinese type looking temple, alone and isolated. I do not know why but I always felt attracted to that sort of thing. Nevertheless, Shannon could you please hand me the titles of the books? Are those in PDF format or paperbooks? Both ways, I would ask. If you can, please do so.

Ofcourse Cobra. I got my books from amazon. The one with the most information is " Qigong Empowerment" by Master Shou-Yu Liang. The other one is "The way of energy" by Master Lam kam chuen. I like this one in particular and when I do the exercises I like the enrgy buzz. Its a different kind of energy buzz. The third is "Chi kung (Qigong): Way of power" also by Master Lam kam chuen. The first book I mentioned has so much information that you could be doing the exercises for years because of so many different exercises. The books arent that expensive. :) I got each of them for under 15$ though the first book I got cost like 26$ I think.

I personally think all three are amazing books! The first book mentioned has sooo many exercises that you would assume that you are in china being taught pesonally by a Qigong teacher step by step. Unfortunately I have no files or pdfs. But if anyone can find it then thats good.

Most of what I have been able to gather has been from Mantak Chia, and
primarily focused on the Microcosmic Orbit. If you add sexual stimulation
to the Microcosmic Orbit Meditation... be prepared! The energy is hot, and
as for the kundalini snake, I first met her drinking magnetic water. I
wasn't even power meditating yet, but she was moving around like a very
active snake, and seemed very charged in my sexual centers. I began
meditating just recently, and she is very active. I call her a she because
she has been very sexually arousing, and I'm not sure but I think I have
procured a succubus who has been very active and working with my kundalini
snake and has been a great help with circulating my energy flow and burning
through chakra blocks. It's happening right now as I type haha, and I am
very grateful to the spiritual help I am receiving.

is "The way of energy" by Master Lam kam chuen. I like this one in
particular and when I do the exercises I like the enrgy buzz. Its a
different kind of energy buzz. The third is "Chi kung (Qigong): Way of
power" also by Master Lam kam chuen. The first book I mentioned has so much
information that you could be doing the exercises for years because of so
many different exercises. The books arent that expensive. :) I got each of
them for under 15$ though the first book I got cost like 26$ I think.

I personally think all three are amazing books! The first book mentioned
has sooo many exercises that you would assume that you are in china being
taught pesonally by a Qigong teacher step by step. Unfortunately I have no
files or pdfs. But if anyone can find it then thats good.

I liked Qi Gong always, even before I was SS I sort of felt attracted
to the practice. Basically one of the main aims I have, lets say between
reality and fiction, lol. Would be to actually do Qi Gong inside a chinese
type looking temple, alone and isolated. I do not know why but I always
felt attracted to that sort of thing. Nevertheless, Shannon could you
please hand me the titles of the books? Are those in PDF format or
paperbooks? Both ways, I would ask. If you can, please do so.

Id say its your kundalini/life force being stimulated. The base

are sexual. Also just in case make sure you get rid of blockages
in your
chakras by vibrates the rune thurisaz into them. This will get
rid of
blockages fast. No blockages = Strong chakras. Also I hope you
are doing
sone sort of yoga :)

Whenever I start to vibrate and/or focus on my base chakra or

vibrating at
the base of my spine. It doesn't hurt and there's no apparent
heat coming
from it. It doesn't really seem to rise up the spine. It just
kind of stays
and then dissipates after a bit. Any idea on what this means?
