Vibrate Runes in astarte ritual

Hi everyone, in astarte ritual power asks for vibrate runes, but how do i do that? Should i say them in english?
I'm confused because i'm brazilian. There is any video or audio that i can hear to get a base? Or help me pronounce better?

In the site show the runes and a number besides them.for example:
Fehu x10 lagur x10 berkano x10
Should i vibrate the same rune 10 times and go to the next or fehu>lagur>berkano>fehu>lagur>berkano....
