When you the exact time and date of birth of a person, you pretty much have the knowledge of every entire aspect of that person's mind and soul. This knowledge in the hands of an adept in Astrology and Magick can cause him to destroy the person, given that the victim is of a lower spiritual power. The way this can be done is simple, by observing the transits of the planets around the houses, in relation to the person's planetary positions in the houses at birth, the adept can find out at what times this person's energies are most unstable, and may destroy him by putting a curse on that person at that specific time. Find the planet and house and find out how it would effect them negativity. Use the planet Affirm and visualize them suffering in that way I think that you can use any planet but Saturn is preferred

I'd assume that if you got a hold of someones natal chart you could find out when their planets aren't in their favor and/or most vulnerable and take advantage of it. However, I'm not extremely knowledgeable when it comes to astrology, that just makes sense. Hoping someone else could clarify!
