Using Fire On Someones Heart

I have a lot of control over my consciousness now and can direct my awareness to one specific thing or person and keep it there for long periods of time. I can transplant my consciousness to anything or anyone at will to the extent which I even get an idea of what they're feeling or desire.

I have seen warnings about using the fire element on your own heart or brain and now I am wondering if I move all my awareness to the heart of someone I hate, and raise the fire element and direct it into their heart for an hour or so every night, will this be enough to kill them completely or could I at least do serious damage? Will this be enough without a destruction ritual?
