I was wondering if anybody has any experience with this considering AUROCH is an animal. And animals behave in a certain way to humans spiritually and physically. I don't feel hurt or anything just super pumped and then I crash even though I'm not sore or physically tired, I just crash. I started eating more and that helped. but is this ruin actually bringing AUROCH back to life in my soul or am I just trippen? It does say "cosmic seed"

The rune URUZ is not literally bringing the spirit of a wild ox into your soul. SOWILO is a bolt of lightning, but using the rune SOWILO is not literally striking yourself with lightning.

The reason you are crashing is because you are Over-Exerting yourself.  The Rune Uruz rules the Muscular system of the Physical body.  When you work out at the Gym you exercise muscle and get the pump, break it down so it can rebuild itself.  Then of course your body needs rest.  The same thing goes for Magick.  All magick is connected to your Nervous System which is responsible for circulating Bio-Electric emotional energy... so anytime you do magick you use the valuable physical energetic resources of your body.  We all come with Finite resources.  This is the reason Maxine says that all Souls want a body (my words not hers) and that having a physical life is a gift.  So if you are channeling the energy of Uruz you are going to channel alot of energy through your muscular and nervous system and it will make you feel pumped and then a crash.... Naturally.
Keep this in mind when doing magick, because it all comes at a price.
