Urgent inquiry - does demon shapeshift?

Hello dear !
Today ! I ev dedicated my soul to satan !
After the ritual I was sitting in my alter !
Then I suddenly hear banging on my door!

When I open it !
My servant told me there was a lizard sitting right outside my rooms door ! As it was waiting for my room to be opened to get in ! N killed it !
Could that be a demon ? N if yes ! Did my servant harm him anyway ?
How can I apologize for my servants act !

Do not worry about the lizard am sure your servant doesnt even kw how sacred animals are. Demons can come and communicate in many forms. Just be open.Before i joined ss my first encounters with the Gods was through my intense dreams.
