Under water UFOs

So I have kind of been wondering this. There have been many sitings of UFOs moving under water or shooting out of the water. There have also been pictures of what looks like giant landing strips, but under water. Many people also say there are forts and bases under water that these ET use. Does anyone know who these ETs are? The Greys or Reptilians maybe? I wouldn't exactly think it would be Satan or his Demons, but I was wondering if any of you knew

Sheesh didn't have to be rude about it. And oh I dunno, maybe Satan likes having secret bases here on Earth to protect us? .< But I guess not. I guess its the enemy.
