FOR REAL THIS TIME! DAMMIT WHAT IS WITH ALL THE COMMUNICATIONS ERRORS LATELY!
Step 1: Stock up on oats (BUY THE BIG CANS/BAGS), milk and frozen vegetables. Oats and milk for building muscle and vegetables to keep your body healthy and prevent cramps.
3 bowls of vegetables a day minimum is a MUST.
Step 2: BOIL MILK OR WATER AND ADD THE OATS UNTIL YOU GET THE CONSISTENCY YOU WANT.
EAT AS MUCH OF IT AS YOU CAN STAND.
IF YOU HAVE LEFTOVERS (you will) EAT A LITTLE BIT THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
All the top bodybuilders do this.
All those racehorses out there with the huge bulging muscles eat literally nothing but oats.
Step 3: MEDITATE EVERY DAY
Step 4: RUN AT LEAST A MILE EVERY NIGHT BEFORE BED. Doing sprints for as long as you can and walking the rest of the mile in between is also fine. Especially for beginners. Your legs will probably cramp up like crazy if you don't just do a little at a time.
Step 5: GET OFF YOUR ASS AND LIFT SOME WEIGHTS. You can look up proper form and technique for upper and lower body workouts on youtube.
Also make sure you buy your own weights and make sure they're adjustable.
DO NOT GET JEWED BY PAYING FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP.
BUYING YOUR OWN WEIGHTS MEANS YOU ONLY PAY FOR IT ONCE!
Lift AS HEAVY AS YOU CAN and WITHOUT INJURING YOURSELF or compromising proper technique.
Do as many reps as possible and ONLY COUNT SETS. DO NOT COUNT REPS PER SET.
IMPORTANT. some people cannot lift too heavy due to health issues.
For you people (or if you just want bigger muscles but don't feel like pushing yourself too hard) then just take lighter weights and do as many reps as you can for each muscle group.
the muscle will build up on its own because of your food intake.
This is what the oatmeal is for! Oats slowly digest throughout the day so they gradually feed your muscles and add body mass.
As long as you exercise then your muscles will grow and it won't make you fat.
Also meditations will make you stronger too so your raw power will increase accordingly from inner strength,
I'm basically at the limit of how much raw power I can gain with physical training without exhausting myself so I personally am focusing more on meditations, running drills and building mass.
Everyone is different and has different goals.
powerlifting trains slow twitch muscles.
less weight and more reps trains fast twitch muscles.
You use fast twitch muscles far more than slow twitch.
upper body should branch outward, starting from the core, then your chest, then shoulders and arms and finally wrists.

3 sets of chest presses or standing flies3 sets of shoulder raises (USE LIGHT WEIGHTS. THESE ARE HARD)3 sets of curls (if you're powerlifting do barbell curls)
3 sets of hammer curls1 or 2 sets of wrist curls
lower body3 sets of squats
3 sets of deadlifts
3rd day REST AND MEDITATE
