its a bit long but I need help.1.about meditation. this morning I woke up at 4 am and I slept for only 2 hours for the night. as I was tired and short on time I didn't do meditation and went mountain climbing then came back home at 8 am and slept for 5 hours then when I woke up I did my morning meditation so is that ok? or in these situation you must insist on meditating even if you are tired?2.about kundalini yoga. the pose that you lock your fingers in front of heart, how is the breathing in this pose? you breath in left and out right? or breath in middle then out left then in middle again and out right?thanks for your help hail father satan

1. There should not be a gap of much more that 24 hours between meditation sessions. If you are tired, at least spend 5 minutes to clean your aura, build an aura of protection, and spin your chakras. Based on the schedule you provided, you did your meditations at 1 pm instead of 4 am. That is fine, just try not to make a habit of being irregular. Being irregular can cause fluctuations of bioelectricity which can lead to depression and many other uncomfortable problems.

2. Breath in a manner you feel comfortable with. If you like to breath in on the left rather than the middle, or you like breathing in the middle rather than on the left, then stick with it.

It's fine. Although you should try your best to have and follow a meditation program and not ever be skipping any days at all. If that happens you may work yourself up again with the meditations the day after. Only 5-10 minutes of meditation is way better than nothing.

I just breath normally like a normal breathing exercise, in through both nostrils and out again through both of the nostrils. Not if it says or explains you to do something else.
