trouble visualizing please help!

I'm having trouble visualizing my chakras and need to, to open them don't I? I also can't visualize my aura or 3rd eye. is it because I'm a beginner? Did anyone else have trouble at first?

<td val[/IMG]Absolutely! It just takes time and concentration.Some of us have never used that part of our brain before.So it does take some time to get the hang of it. But you will.just keep practicing.I am still having some trouble with it,but not as much.It just takes consistency.
