Transference of Energy

I know that we're able to transfer energy into objects, but are we able to (for example) transfer energy into a flashlight to make it brighter, or a bullet to make it travel further, have better penetration, etc? Or perhaps maybe even into small machinery to enable it to run more efficiently?

No, see our body runs on Bio-Electricity, which is different than the electrical charge you would find in a battery. And no we cannot make a bullet travel further.

Yes. Anything that is physically possible can be made to happen with enough energy under the proper direction. There are many accounts of for example re-charging batteries by channeling energy into them. I've heard of a guy getting his car to run without fuel when he would've been stranded and fucked otherwise. He had empowered his mind and soul. 'Miracles' can be done by us with enough power.
