Im beginning the Spiritual Warfare Training Program soon and am curious about whether or not I should continue with other meditations at the same time. I have an abundancy of time on my hands, although only at the Beginner level of the meditations. Should I progress farther in the basic chakra, energy, ball of light meditations, etc. or can I do them simultaneously with the new Spiritual Warfare Training Program? Of course it all depends on the individual but I read on the Spiritual Warfare page that this program should be done by itself.

Well. My suggestion would be that you continue your regular meditations, these can help in your mental stability, ability to handle higher levels of bio-electricity, so on, so forth.
Any extra meditation, unless advised against, is always beneficial, and should be done if you have the time to do so :).

Good luck with the Spiritual Warfare Training as well, i have been meaning to undergo this as well.

Thanks for the insight, I now realize I was dangerously holding myself back in this area. From now on I'm advancing fully and am confident in my ability to discern which if any meditations will cause conflict. Progressing past fear towards the journey of becoming a full-time spiritual warrior is what I plan to do.

I have started it before and then lost time to do it and messed up my routine. I have decided to start at the begging. Is it okay to just do that or should I try to pick up were I left off.
