Hi,

I wanted to ask how one would approach healing Tourette syndrome?

Is it linked to Mercury and the nervous system, the brain so a working involving Mercury Energies and yellow light help? Or would I need to do a Wunjo working?

I've have been suffering from it ever since I was a child, my family doctor said I had it, but there is no cure and for the longest time I believed them, but not anymore! I know that anything can be fixed provided one meditate, studies and improves oneself.

Healing is one of the most advanced practices you can engage in; it's not something that a complete beginner should be doing. Have it as a goal, but your focus should be on developing your soul first so that you can develop the power necessary to heal.

That aside, assuming Tourette syndrome is caused by Mercurial energy, I believe the solution would be to focus on the opposite energy, not to add more Mercury by doing Mercurial workings. See how you feel after practices like trance and Hatha yoga. Also, since you've been dealing with this since you were a child, it is a part of your identity. You will likely look for the behavior even after you are better, like constantly wondering when you will slip up. You need to reprogram your mind with a new personality that expects to act normal like everyone else and not constantly worry and look for the next slip up.

It will be quite a process, but definitely possible! I have links in my signature to articles I have written on several topics that can help you if you are interested.

Read HPS Lydia's yoga posts for balancing yourself, a nervous problem could be excess Vata, avoid Sat Kryia for now:

Not everything can be cured through spiritual practices alone.
If you have any kind of illness, the first thing to do is to get the opinion and support of a professional, who is trained in handling that specific issue.

DO NOT try any hazardous practice that may overstimulate your nervous system.

Hi, I have mentioned that I did see a doctor when I was a child who diagnosed me with it, but said there is no cure.
I could try again after so many years, perhaps there might be something! Thank you!

Thank you, brother, I appreciate your input on this matter, I will read what you have in your signature.

I wanted to follow up and ask if that when I do my regular aura and chakra cleaning followed by an aura of protection, I feel like I can't do anything else for a while and need a break, is that normal or should I push through and do stuff anyways? Thanks!

Hello brother,

Generally you want to do meditations that don't stimulate your nervous system, I would suggest working on the introspection beginner meditations that can be found here : https://templeofzeus.org/Awareness_Meditations.php

Also, trance meditation.

I believe these could really help you.

Best of luck.

I remember achieving a trance state once in my life and afterwards I felt so refreshed as if I was asleep the whole time while being aware of everything. Well, I at least think I did.
Everything's has been pretty hectic in my life lately so no moments of rest or quiet, I shall see about getting myself some ear defenders.

I did notice that doing Sat Kryria causes me to become anxious and a little too full of energy (not in the good way), I never realized that it could be an issue but it makes sense now, thanks!

Yes, if you are just starting out, you will experience this. It will subside in a few days, but for now, don't do any more than that. It's your body getting used to the increase in energy.

Oh no, I'm not a new member, I've been with Joy of Satan and now Temple of Zeus for quite some years, but I still have a lot to learn and understand.

Everyone learns at their own pace, eh?

But like, is it normal to still experience these things even after so many years? Or am I just not doing something right?

If it was a one-time thing, yes, it can also happen after some years. It also depends on whether you did other meditations before the yoga that already increased your energy.
If you become anxious and a bit overwhelmed by the energy, you should either decrease the repetitions, the time, or do some Hatha yoga.

I think the problem with me is that I always want to do too much and don't know how to rest and then my body sort of "forces" me to rest because I raised my energies too high in various meditations.

It mostly happens when I either do too much at once or the knowing that I'll be doing too much that causes me to make uncontrollable body movements and sounds that I sometimes don't even hear/feel myself make until somebody points it out to me.. It's sort of embarrassing and I really want it to end, but I don't know how to fix this.

I want to be free of this constraint, not to be limited by it, because I feel like it limits me even in my day to day life. Does any of this make any sense?

You should try Kirtan Kriya .

Ah yes go to the busted medical system and get prescribed a pill cocktail. Depressed? Take a pill. Anxious? Here's more pills. Ope now you gained too much weight. Take this appetite suppressant. Your blood pressure is high now? Here's a pill for that. Now take a blood thinner. Further destroying the inner harmony of the body.

I understand the guidance you are trying to give but the Rockefeller medical system was purposefully designed to go against the natural remedies and natural cycles of our planet. Allopathic medicine has its place (surgery, infections, and the like.) But something like this I would look to TCM or Ayurveda. In TCM theory tics are usually an indicator of internal wind, yin deficiency, or heat. This is not to say this could cure OP but there are other alternatives out there.

I'm in agreement with this. It makes no sense to default to this joke medical system for answers.

I am personally of the belief try things of an holistic and spiritual nature. Have an experimental attitude.

Yes of course there's always possibility of doing something wrong. But that's a given with virtually anything.

I have experimented so deeply with alternative health, including spiritual methods and i am extremely happy for it. It has made me self reliant and the range of things I've reversed, healed and improved for myself and others is something I'm extremely, extremely proud of.

Despite having no medical degree (i.e. a piece of paper that states I'm "qualified" to assess health as approved by great minds including Rockefeller and pharmaceutical companies) I am my own doctor. Whilst I don't claim or fake confidence in all matters I feel a deep sense of confidence in solving most matters.

Its obviously not a path for everyone as I consistently see disclaimers on safety, safety, safety and to always consult with a "medical professional" both online and in person - which are rarely opposed. I personally think it's laughable but that's just me.

If i was in your position i would absolutely do my own research into solving tourettes. My underlying belief is I will find the solution for it. That's my mentality. I have long trusted (long before before I found this site) that there is a force in this reality which rewards honest and persistent want for knowledge - and I've yet to find an upper limit. From this i read and experiment in line with my intuition.

I wish you the best of luck OP. If I was in your shoes i would absolutely find the solution for it. I believe you can too.

*The sentence above is not a brag. Just a reaffirming of a mentality that may or may not be off help to you ;)

Do you see in my reply any suggestion to go and take pills of any kind? I think not. Your whole first paragraph is a rant about things I never mentioned.

My suggestion was to seek support from professionals, which include also TCM, Ayurveda, and the rest, not only western medicine.

Don't get me wrong I agree with you but spiritual power and a magical working can direct you to the best physical options you have to heal yourself.

I don't see why he can't try even something simple as repting an affirmation to programm his minde to heal the tourette syndrome. It will help, it's not easy to heal this type of things and advanced but starting slow can have some results without overdoing it.

First you need to advance to a level where you can heal it, healing workings aren't for beginners. Do the beginner power meditations from the TempleofZeus.org and you can do the 40 day meditation program if you haven't https://libraryofthoth.org/item/material/723366-40-day-meditation-program
