Too weak?

I was in a plane and I tryird to torture the soul of one person, I was tooking it out of his body, slaming it, trowing it around with rage, I had time, and nothing happen, the best was he was putting his hand in the forehead trying to sleep, nothing else. He should have fall down. 
How can I get motivated to curse israel and an entire race if I can´t take down one person?

It simply takes time to manifest in the physical. Also, our group workings are backed up by the Gods and collective power is immense, literally immense, shaping far greater events than most can imagine, as the energy is guided and so forth. You just "expect" things, which is bad, given you didn't quite "curse" someone at all. You were doing it wrong. You need to sublimate this hatred into directing energy. Imagining beating someone up is not that much, but it can do damage aswell, which would nevertheless require much power. The  basics of magick are as follows:

1. Raise the energy (through imagination, focus etc)
2. Project the energy towards the target.
3. Programm the energy.

Most people fail because they do not raise quite the amount of energy. In your case you didn't do anything of these. Try this and do it again. As you go, the effects will literally be almost instant, if not instant.

make sense, once a guy cheated on a voley game and I throwed bad energy with my right hand and he injured his foot in the landing after a jump alone, right after. I didn´t wanted to move my hand in an air plane, people would think I am crazy.

I would imagine that by doing the thurizaz hagalaz meditation it would take effect because your energy would be working alongside the energies of so many others who curse the jews and because all these energies weave together and work in tandem that even if you yourself are still weak your energy will still contribute to this much larger pool of energy with every curse.
The more people get involved the more energies they put out on the same wavelength and they then blend together working in unison for the same goal.

Yes, I know it is making effect, I can tell by the enemy reaction at me when I can throw a good amount of bad energy at them. I guess just found out that the method of imagining myself slaugering them and doing things it´s better not to mention here with the jews is pretty much useless.
other thing, is saturn entering retrograde now?
