Hey all...

First of all I must tell you that my father took my computer and so I
have to go to Internet Cafee and spend a ton of money to read your
messages etc... =_=

Anyway,I wanna ask you about the Hand Chakras and the Throat Chakra.

HAND CHAKRAS:
Do I have to do the 7th (or 8th) step at the end or the beginning? ._.
By the way,do I NECCESSARILY need to be in a trance?

THROAT CHAKRA:
When I first did it (yesterday.. xPP) my voice at the end was
fuckin'strange! DDDx
It was like I couldn't talk any more.
Did I do it too loud,or does this mean that I got the right chant? ._.


LAST THING I wanna say is THAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANKS to everyone guys,I hope
I'll be able to read your messages and reply if possible..
Today I read your messages after 2 days and there were 120 messages,I
got freaked out... DDDDx

Anyway...

By the way,I told my cousin about the meditations BUT I didn't mention
Satanism at all.
I don't think she would be that keen of Satanism..
Although she looks keen on the meditations.

Could you suggest me a way of telling her without her freaking out?
Please? ^_^

1.) Sit comfortably and breathe slowly. Relax and breathe calmly.
2.) Position ur hands as shown in the diagram
3.) Visualize a very white hot energy ball between ur hands.
4.) Visualize this and focus on this.

(it helps if u imagine the ball spinning rapidly and humming)

THAT'S ALL THERE IS TO IT!

A Trance simply means that u have to be relaxed. The more relaxed u
are the more you'll be able to feel the energy.
