Tomorrows Group Meditation - Question

To all participants,

As tomorrows Group Meditation will be : Opening the Third Eye,
This may not be relevant to some of you.
In this case I would suggest continuing with the 3rd Eye/Pineal gland
meditation as, I must say, its Great! - Thanks HP Pythia.

I will post full details tomorrow.

I remember you saying a week back or so about breathing in energy from
darkness. I tried this and the effect were pretty interesting.(like a
caffeine buzz on an empty stomach) It wouldn't hurt anything to try
this meditation with darkness would it? Considering this meditation is
at night and I like to meditate outside. Also it is full moon. Would
it be okay to breathe energy from that?

Breathing in Lunar Energy is very good. I think you will find it
quite an enjoyable, interesting experience.
I have had no ill effects from breathing in energy from Darkness, but
DO NOT BEATH IN GREY ENERGY. I'm sure you already know this.
