I'm tired all the time to the point I'm lazy and can't get rid of it. I sleep for almost 12 hours a day. Any way to sleep less and have more energy?

Being tired all the time is certainly a drag one could live without.

Are you female? Do you have any of the following?

Shortness of breath, spontaneous daytime sweating, loose stools, feelings of depression/malaise?

Would you say your face appears pale? Your lips?

Do you have a history of excessive blood loss? Stomach ulcers or chronic stomach pain?

What is the quality of the hair on your head? Is it shiny, or dry and falling out?

Yes I am female, sometimes shortness of breath, I have noticed that I'm unable to breath in fully, no loose stools, I used to be depressed but not anymore, my face and lips have a lot of color. No excessive blood loss and no chronic stomach pains, my hair is shiny and in a very good condition.

I do meditate every day, but I became a SS just a couple of months ago and right now I'm concentrating on the 40 day meditation program, I began doing it a lot of times but after the first few days I somehow couldn't get myself to continue with the meditations but this time I have gotten the furthest and I believe I won't fail this time. I tried doing the rtr's but I don't know if I did it correctly I think it's a little too advanced for me. I saw a post on the main group that said that beginners should stick to basics first so I'm not sure if I should keep trying to do them.

Do you work very hard? Over commit to things and have trouble keeping up with it all?

Do you get enough sleep at night or get good quality of sleep?

What is your diet like?

I guess I work hard, definitely over commit and have trouble keeping up with it. Yes my sleep is good. I mostly eat healthy like fruits and vegetables and about once a month I eat meat.

Can I suggest that you do (get your iron checked)? And maybe go and find a B vitamin complex, preferably with activated B vitamins - these are usually more pricey than regular supermarket B complex supplements and you may have to go to a pharmacy to obtain them.

Meat is essential to healthy life, especially when deficiency of any kind exists (tiredness is a strong indicator of deficiency).

I agree on the blood testing for iron.I notice the primary causes of fatigue initially is onset by low B vitamins, iron and inadequate protein intake. Other things factor in such as with toxin overload and hormonal imbalances.
All my life I have always been slightly anemic and so after taking good iron supplements, I felt better and felt more vivacious. Some physical problems and sex drive improved too. Iron is essential for blood development and blood carries oxygen. Iron in food is usually not a problem but many people are not getting enough.
My chart ruler is Neptune and I have an afflicted Mars aspect in my chart and I have come to realize that being slightly anemic was connected to it. One of the things that Neptune rules is anemia. Mars rules iron, the blood, vigor, energy and all those things.
With the Iron, make sure you are getting enough vitamin A because vitamin A is responsible for significant iron uptake and absorption. Cod liver oil is one of the best forms of Vitamin A and D nature has to offer. Next to that is pure grass fed butter, pastured eggs, palm oil and grass fed dairy. You can eat vegetables that have beta carotene in it, but it is not a superior form. Beta carotene is just converted into Vitamin A inside the gut and unfortunately certain diseases can interfere with that.

With the B vitamins, it is best to take them all together as they work in synergy and the B vitamins are essential for many of the body's most basic and important processes. Meat in protein contains zinc, iron and other minerals for functioning. Protein is the body's building blocks and so lacking in this is lacking in the very substance of life.

I'm a teen at 16 and for the last couple of years no matter how much I sleep I'm always really tired. What could be the cause of this?

I take supplements and don't have an iron deficiency. I eat meat regularly. I do yoga and meditate but I'm still tired.

@tapapakiastinseiraI did that just now and it felt quite nice. Guess I'll add that to my routine for a while, thanks. :)

Regardless of the physical reasons, (someone else might want to reply on that) I will post this, that I had written some time ago, in case your tiredness is caused due to others sucking your energy: http://twinss-r.tumblr.com/tired

How's your diet? Do you eat a lot of "junk food"?if you do, stop and eat healthier. Sugars can slow down the brain and make you tired. Are you hydrated enough everyday? Everyone should be drinking a sufficient amount of water everyday.
Or You may be lacking iron, look up foods that contain iron in them and try eating those. I believe this will usually be some type of meat.

Do you get enough sleep every night? You should be atleast be Getting 8 to 9 hours of sleep every night.

Do you do kundalini yoga? If not you should add that into your program for everyday as it will give you a boost of energy. Should do ky or the 5Tibetan rites of rejuvenation.

Of course do your power meditations, protection meditation and clean your soul.

I'm always really tired. What could be the cause of
this?

My diet is healthy no junk food (just the occasional slip of the leg :D ) I eat a lot but never get any fatter because of my metabolism. I couldn't get fatter even if I wanted to. I'll add kundalini yoga to my schedule. As I said I sleep a lot, at times even more than 9 hours, but even then I'm still tired. I think my mother might be causing this, I've been her slave since I was 5, she abused me but I still loved her cause she's my mother but after coming to satanism the only thing I mostly feel for her is hate. No love just hate that she messed me up.

Please what do you mean when you say your mother is making you tired .does it mean your mother is playing for you or what.
