I agree on the blood testing for iron.I notice the primary causes of fatigue initially is onset by low B vitamins, iron and inadequate protein intake. Other things factor in such as with toxin overload and hormonal imbalances.
All my life I have always been slightly anemic and so after taking good iron supplements, I felt better and felt more vivacious. Some physical problems and sex drive improved too. Iron is essential for blood development and blood carries oxygen. Iron in food is usually not a problem but many people are not getting enough.
My chart ruler is Neptune and I have an afflicted Mars aspect in my chart and I have come to realize that being slightly anemic was connected to it. One of the things that Neptune rules is anemia. Mars rules iron, the blood, vigor, energy and all those things.
With the Iron, make sure you are getting enough vitamin A because vitamin A is responsible for significant iron uptake and absorption. Cod liver oil is one of the best forms of Vitamin A and D nature has to offer. Next to that is pure grass fed butter, pastured eggs, palm oil and grass fed dairy. You can eat vegetables that have beta carotene in it, but it is not a superior form. Beta carotene is just converted into Vitamin A inside the gut and unfortunately certain diseases can interfere with that.
With the B vitamins, it is best to take them all together as they work in synergy and the B vitamins are essential for many of the body's most basic and important processes. Meat in protein contains zinc, iron and other minerals for functioning. Protein is the body's building blocks and so lacking in this is lacking in the very substance of life.

Meat is essential to healthy life, especially when deficiency of any kind exists (tiredness is a strong indicator of deficiency).
