Time/Year

the time/year people run on today is based on the nazarene. my question is what is the real time and date, and once the enemy has been destroyed would we change go off a new time/year and also what would we base the year off of. i want to know so i can lve a more natural life id still go off the "normal' year but it would be nice to know.
