Hello brothers and sisters. I am having some trouble with yoga (both Hatha and Kundalini) i feel like my whole body is just...... tight... if that makes sense. It's not necessarily inflexibility, it's just tightness. I have tryed taking worm baths before yoga and even doing void and just relaxing before yoga (i even stopped weight training for a few weeks) but none of that seems to help. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone has any advise or ideas on why this is or how to fix it. Also recently i have been having some allergy problems causing my nose to get stuffed up, this makes vibrating mantras EXTREMELY difficult, if anyone has any advise on that it would be greatly appreciated.
