Throat chakra planet?

On full chakra meditation it's said that throat chakra planet is Venus but in king & queen chakra meditation it's written the throat chakra is a mercury chakra. :/

The Throat Chakra is ruled by Venus.

Mercury rules the Heart Chakra.

I believe this has been somehow corrected by HP Pythia in view of new knowledge coming to JoS clergy, I cannot find the message here but I'm pretty sure it was posted long time ago, so it should be the opposite. Hearth/Venus and Troath/Mercury.
When Saturn transited to my Venus i felt a very weak heart chakra so this makes sense to me.
