It is like this:
Breathe in and then put your tongue like you are going to say the English "The" but without the E. Exhale while continuously vibrating the "TH" Just keep your tongue in place and exhale the whole thing.

When you are vibrating, focus your attention on your third eye and FEEL your third eye. Wherever we place our consciousness [focus] the sound will follow and vibrate there. The "TH" is continuous, not broken. One long exhale- TH.

This takes some practice before you can vibrate everywhere in your soul. The lower chakras are the most difficult, but this comes with time. Vibration is exceptionally powerful in amplifying the powers of the soul.
