third eye???

I'm not exactly sure what the signs are for opening my third eye. I feel a pressure on my head where the third eye is supposed to be sometimes when i concentrate and sometimes when i dont. This is only my second day and other than that I'm just really tired like I want to just crash but when i do attempt to sleep my body feels the chills but i think i probably cant sleep because i'm not used to sleeping in the day not to mention the light and distractions and all the noise. But am i doing this right?

It takes a long time to completely open the third eye. I believe it would be wise to focus on all chakras equally and mastery will eventually follow.
